DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

Every day we give others hugs in different ways: via email, by phone, in a text message… but we don’t realize we do it without thinking. “Three Parts to a Hug” seeks to give back meaning to those “casual hugs”. And it is true, once you start thinking about their significance, we cannot see a hug being given, or give one, or send one in the same way as we used to.
